Main Entry Form with Case Data Displayed

    The Main Entry Form provides a case overview.  The uppermost row of data displays the date of entry into the system, date of the incident, municipality of where it occurred, case numbers, and a juvenile record notification. 

    There are five buttons located directly below this line of information.  These buttons are labeled: Case Data, Defendant, Name Index, Notes/Timeline, and Reports.  By utilizing these buttons, a user can easily enter specific information regarding a case.  The Case Data Form is displayed above.   

    “Pick-list” fields are used widely throughout this program.  This type of field provides a list of options to the user without the need of typing the entire text.  This provides a structured format of how data should be entered.
